Abstract
A computer-implemented method of simulating vessel behaviour comprises receiving (202) input data comprising at least an identifier for a vessel and position information of the vessel during real-world use of the vessel, and providing (204) the input data to a simulator application that simulates behaviour of vessels. The method further includes executing (206) the simulator application to perform a simulation based on the input data, and outputting (208) data generated by the simulation.

A computer-implemented method of simulating vessel behaviour, the method comprising:
- receiving input data comprising at least an identifier for a vessel and position information of the vessel during real-world use of the vessel;
- providing the input data to a simulator application that simulates behaviour of vessels;
- executing the simulator application to perform a simulation based on the input data;
- and
- outputting data generated by the simulation.
A system configured to simulate vessel behaviour, the system comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a storage encoded with instructions that when executed by the processor cause a process to be carried out, the process including
- receiving input data comprising at least an identifier for a vessel and position information of the vessel during real-world use of the vessel,
- providing the input data to a simulator application that simulates behaviour of vessels,
- executing the simulator application to perform a simulation based on the input data, and
- outputting data generated by the simulation.
A non-transitory computer readable medium, or circuit, encoded with instructions that when executed by one or more processors cause a process to be carried out, the process comprising:
- receiving input data comprising at least an identifier for a vessel and position information of the vessel during real-world use of the vessel,
- providing the input data to a simulator application that simulates behaviour of vessels,
- executing the simulator application to perform a simulation based on the input data, and
- outputting data generated by the simulation.
