System and method for analyzing table game play with delayed alerting of detected advantage game play

A computer-implemented method for monitoring gameplay at a casino gaming table, comprising:

• receiving, by one or more processors, data representing gameplay at the casino gaming table from one or more detection devices the data comprising at least one of image data or sensor data;
• processing, by the one or more processors, the data to generate gameplay event data;
• detecting, by the one or more processors and from the gameplay event data, a first trigger event corresponding to initiation of a gameplay session;
• in response to detecting the first trigger event, tracking gameplay activity at the casino gaming table using the gameplay event data;
• detecting, by the one or more processors and from the gameplay event data, a second trigger event corresponding to completion of the gameplay session;
• analyzing, by the one or more processors, the gameplay event data to identify one or more patterns of player behavior indicative of advantage play, anomalous behavior, or predefined behavioral conditions;
• generating, by the one or more processors, an alert, alert record, or output signal based on the identified one or more patterns of behavior and
• at least temporarily storing the alert record in a memory structure and preventing access to, activation of, or transmission of the alert or alert record or the output signal to one or more external devices prior to detection of the second trigger;
• and
• in response to detection of the second trigger event, enabling transmission or activation of the alert, alert record, or output signal to one or more external devices.
