Abstract
A method is carried out by a control device of a vehicle in order to adapt a vehicle configuration. The method includes determining service data indicative of a service situation of the vehicle. The method also includes setting a configuration parameter of the vehicle based on the service data. The configuration parameter is indicative of a service state of the vehicle.

A method to be carried out by a control device of a vehicle in order to adapt a vehicle configuration, comprising:
- determining service data indicative of a service situation of the vehicle, and
- setting a configuration parameter of the vehicle based on the service data, said configuration parameter being indicative of a service state of the vehicle.
A method to be carried out by a backend in order to adapt a vehicle configuration, comprising:
- receiving workshop event data indicative of a workshop event of the vehicle;
- obtaining vehicle position data indicative of a position of the vehicle during an occurrence of the workshop event;
- creating map data indicative of a position of a workshop based on the workshop event data and the vehicle position data;
- and
- transmitting the map data in order to adapt a vehicle configuration.
