Unofficial patent office action generation apparatus and method of use thereof

A method for prosecuting a patent application, comprising the steps of:

• generating a first unofficial office action to a set of claims with a patent prosecution model, said patent prosecution model comprising a computer implemented model and an artificial neural network, said artificial neural network comprising at least an input layer, at least two hidden layers, and an output layer;
• training, prior to said step of generating, said patent prosecution model with a supervised learning sequence, said supervised learning sequence comprising a time sequence of:
• submitted claims from a first patent file wrapper, a first analysis responsive to said submitted claims from said first patent file wrapper, and a first outcome to said submitted claims in said first patent file wrapper;
• replacing said first patent file wrapper with an unused file wrapper;
• and
• repeating both said step of training and said step of replacing at least one thousand times.
