Patent claim review apparatus and method of use thereof

A method for prosecuting a patent application, comprising the steps of:

• producing, prior to filing a first patent claim to a patent office and with a computer implemented patent model implemented on a computer system, a first unofficial patent office action to the first patent claim, said computer implemented patent model comprising an artificial neural network comprising an output, said output comprising direct quotes of multiple snippets from references, from more than one thousand patents searched, in a datastore linked to said artificial neural network, in an unofficial 35 § U.S.C. 103 response that indicates why the first patent claim is not novel in terms of combined cited art;
• generating, with said artificial neural network, a second unofficial patent office action to a second patent claim;
• and
• conditionally replacing, when a second number of unofficial article 35 U.S.C. rejections to the second patent claim is less than a first number of unofficial article 35 U.S.C. rejections to the first patent claim, both:
• (1) the first unofficial patent office action with the second unofficial patent office action and (2) the first patent claim with the second patent claim.
