Patent claim generation and review apparatus and method of use thereof

A method for assisting patent prosecution, comprising the steps of:

• inputting, through an input system to a computer system, a claim idea to a patent prosecution model comprising an artificial neural network, said artificial neural network comprising at least an input layer, at least two hidden layers, and an output layer, the patent prosecution model comprising a computer-implemented model;
• drafting, with an artificial intelligence agent, a set of claims to the claim idea with said patent prosecution model, said artificial intelligence agent operating autonomously;
• generating for said set of claims, with said patent prosecution model, a first unofficial patent office action responsive to said set of claims in less than seven days, said first unofficial patent office action comprising an assessment of said set of claims in view of at least one thousand published patents in a database;
• repeating, under control of said artificial intelligence agent, said step of drafting and said step of generating until said first unofficial patent office action indicates a reason for allowance of at least one claim of said set of claims;
• filing a new patent application, after said step of repeating, to a patent office comprising the set of claims;
• and
• outputting, via an output system, said unofficial patent office action in a human readable form.
