Abstract

A system for generating and managing a unified property identifier and lifecycle record is disclosed. The system comprises a data ingestion module for receiving property data, including parcel identifiers and deed records. A generation module creates a unique, blockchain-anchored universal property identifier based on the validated data. A physical tag with a machine-readable element is issued, which, when scanned, resolves to a digital property record. A computer-implemented method for generating a persistent, unique, and immutable digital identity for real estate assets, comprising:

ingesting heterogeneous property data related to a physical parcel and its associated structures or fixtures from a plurality of disparate data sources via an automated data ingestion engine comprising a data normalization pipeline executing on one or more processors;
validating and normalizing the ingested data using an artificial intelligence module comprising a trained machine learning model configured to resolve inconsistencies, detect anomalies within the ingested data, and assign data authenticity confidence scores indicating completeness and consistency of the ingested data;
generating a unique, cryptographically secured primary identifier for the physical parcel, the primary identifier comprising a cryptographic hash of validated parcel attributes;
generating one or more distinct secondary identifiers for the associated structures or fixtures;
cryptographically linking the secondary identifiers to the primary identifier by computing, for each secondary identifier, a cryptographic binding between the secondary identifier and the primary identifier, the binding establishing a verifiable and immutable relationship between the physical parcel and its associated structures or fixtures;
storing the linked identifiers in an immutable lifecycle registry maintained on a decentralized ledger system.

aggregating heterogeneous property data from a plurality of disparate sources, including geospatial, legal, and jurisdictional data related to a real estate asset;

conditionally enabling downstream automated processes that write to the decentralized ledger only upon automated confirmation that the assigned confidence score meets or exceeds a predefined data authenticity threshold, such that any data record having an assigned confidence score below the predefined data authenticity threshold is blocked from triggering the downstream automated processes.
