A vehicle system includes at least one vehicle used for cargo and/or passenger transport service and one or more computers. The one or more computers are configured or programmed to define and function as an incentive determiner to determine an incentive related to the cargo and/or passenger transport service, an upstream data transmitter to transmit upstream data that includes incentive information indicating the incentive and used to request execution of the cargo and/or passenger transport service, a downstream data receiver to receive downstream data from applicants who have applied for the execution of the cargo and/or passenger transport service based on the upstream data, and an executor determiner to determine an executor from the applicants based on a predetermined executor selection condition.
