A computer-implemented platform for personalized emergency preparedness scoring and planning. The platform receives, for one or more users associated with one or more geographic locations, three classes of input: location-specific hazard data from external sources, user-specified preparedness preferences and priorities, and critical dependency data identifying resources or conditions upon which the user depends during emergencies. A modular scoring engine comprising pluggable sub-score computation units and an aggregation unit computes a composite preparedness score and sub-scores across preparedness dimensions. A planning engine generates prioritized preparedness plans with action items mapped to sub-score improvements and constrained by user preferences. The platform supports multi-user and multi-location coordination with cross-location dependency tracking, role-based access, and aggregate scoring. Offline operation with local scoring and conflict-resolving synchronization is provided. A feedback loop re-computes scores and re-prioritizes plans as users complete recommended actions.
A computer-implemented method for generating a personalized preparedness score and a preparedness plan for at least one user associated with a household or an organization, the method performed by one or more processors and comprising:
A system for generating a personalized preparedness score and a preparedness plan, the system comprising:
A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
