Provided are an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program that can achieve three aspects of computation precision, computation speed, and circuit scale. An information processing device includes a reservoir that is provided between an input layer including one or more nodes and an output layer, the reservoir including storage means in which an input-output relation is stored, the input-output relation allowing an output value to be uniquely determined based on information that is input from the nodes of the input layer, the output value being output to the output layer. It is preferable that the storage means be realized by one or more LUTs on an FPGA, and it is more preferable that one node constituting the reservoir be realized by one LUT.
