Abstract
In some examples, an electronic device comprises a camera to capture data representing an environment external to the electronic device; a sensor to determine a location of a second electronic device in the environment; and a controller coupled to the camera and the sensor. The controller is to generate a representation of the environment based on the captured data; determine a relationship between the location and the representation; and perform an action based on the relationship.
Claims20
An electronic device, comprising:
- a camera to capture data representing an environment external to the electronic device;
- a sensor to determine a location of a second electronic device in the environment;
- and
- a controller coupled to the camera and the sensor, the controller to:
- generate a representation of the environment based on the captured data, the representation being a four-dimensional floorplan of the environment including multiple three-dimensional floorplans indexed by time,
- determine a relationship between the location and the representation, and
- perform an action based on the relationship.
A method comprising:
- capturing, by a camera of an electronic device, data representing an environment external to the electronic device;
- determining, by a sensor of the electronic device, a location of a second electronic device in the environment;
- generating, by a controller of the electronic device, a representation of the environment based on the captured data, the representation being a four-dimensional floorplan of the environment including multiple three-dimensional floorplans indexed by time;
- determining, by the controller, a relationship between the location and the representation;
- and
- performing, by the controller, an action based on the relationship.
A non-transitory, computer-readable medium storing executable code, which, when executed by a controller of an electronic device, causes the controller to:
- generate a representation of an environment of the electronic device based on data captured by a camera of the electronic device, the representation being a four-dimensional floorplan of the environment including multiple three-dimensional floorplans indexed by time;
- monitor a location of a second electronic device in the environment based on data captured by a sensor of the electronic device;
- identify a relationship between the location and the representation;
- and
- perform an action based on the relationship.
