## Abstract

A computer-implemented BEI domain-derived tokenized asset system includes a top-level domain registry, a secondary-domain generation engine, a validated-event processor, an organic minting module, a multi-layer synergy engine, and an oracle-supported monitoring subsystem. The generation engine creates secondary-domain identifiers from selected domain entries and behavior categories. The minting module receives validated event records and computes mint amounts from TimeWeight, BehaviorValue, and ContextFactor records, then issues corresponding domain-derived asset records through ledger or wallet interfaces. Issued assets are represented as nodes across country, industry, interest, alphabet, and time layers to compute pairwise synergy values and a Total Synergy Index. Oracle and dashboard components update supply, market-capitalization, parity, risk, and scenario metrics without requiring generation of upstream identity-root certificates, TransferKeys, or gateway access objects.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A system for organically issuing and managing domain-derived BEI tokenized assets, comprising: a top-level domain registry configured to store a predefined set of domain entries including nation-based domain entries, industry-based domain entries, alphabet-letter domain entries, cultural-symbol domain entries, time-segment domain entries, or other machine-resolvable namespace entries; a secondary-domain generation engine configured to receive, from a user or entity, a selection of one of the domain entries and a behavior category and to generate a secondary-domain identifier corresponding to the user or entity, the selected domain entry, and the behavior category; a validated-event processor configured to receive a validated event record including an event identifier, a time interval, a behavior-category reference, an industry-context reference, and a validation state; an organic minting module configured to compute a mint amount based on a TimeWeight corresponding to the time interval, a Behavior Value corresponding to the behavior category, and a ContextFactor corresponding to the industry-context reference; a ledger or wallet issuance module configured to issue or record a domain-derived BEI tokenized asset record corresponding to the secondary-domain identifier and the mint amount; a multi-layer synergy engine configured to represent issued domain-derived BEI tokenized asset records as nodes in a multi-layer network spanning country, industry, interest, alphabet, and time layers and to compute pairwise synergy strengths between nodes based on shared layers; and a data pipeline and oracle subsystem configured to ingest event and issuance data, index ledger or wallet records, retrieve external supply or price data, and generate monitoring metrics including total token supply, market capitalization, parity pricing, risk-control signals, employment scenario metrics, or gross domestic product contribution scenario metrics.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the top-level domain registry stores registry records including a domain identifier, display label, domain category, supported behavior classes, industry mappings, time-segment mappings, activation status, scarcity state, and governance status.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the secondary-domain generation engine performs a uniqueness or scarcity check before releasing the secondary-domain identifier for minting or indexing.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the secondary-domain identifier is hashed, encoded, canonicalized, or otherwise transformed into a TokenID, ledger key, wallet display field, index-node identifier, or metadata field for the domain-derived BEI tokenized asset record.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the validated event record is received from an upstream identity, credential, proof, routing, access-control, or gateway system without requiring the system to generate a tokenized identity certificate, TransferKey, derived TransKey, or context-specific gateway access object.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the organic minting module stores the selected TimeWeight, BehaviorValue, ContextFactor, calculation mode, policy-version identifier, and adjustment reason in the mint record so that the mint amount can be recomputed or audited from stored input fields.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the TimeWeight follows a twenty-four-hour, calendar-based, event-window, or policy-defined profile having different values for defined activity intervals.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the ContextFactor is selected from industry-specific multipliers corresponding to education, healthcare, retail, finance, manufacturing, agriculture, public service, environmental activity, or other industry contexts.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the ledger or wallet issuance module records a non-fungible token, semi-fungible token, fungible value unit, internal credit, domain-derived asset record, certificate-like metadata object, or indexable digital record representing the secondary-domain identifier.

### Claim 10 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the multi-layer synergy engine computes an edge strength for a pair of token nodes by generating an edge-score record containing identifiers of the pair of token nodes, a shared-layer mask, predetermined layer weights for each shared layer among the country, industry, interest, alphabet, and time layers, and an aggregate edge score.

### Claim 11

A computer-implemented method for organically issuing and monitoring domain-derived BEI tokenized assets, comprising: storing, by one or more processors, a plurality of domain entries in a top-level domain registry; receiving a user or entity selection of a domain entry and a behavior category; generating a secondary-domain identifier corresponding to the selected domain entry and the behavior category; receiving a validated event record associated with a time interval, the behavior category, and an industry context; determining a TimeWeight for the time interval, a BehaviorValue for the behavior category, and a ContextFactor for the industry context; calculating a mint amount from the TimeWeight, the BehaviorValue, and the ContextFactor; issuing or recording, through a ledger or wallet interface, a domain-derived BEI tokenized asset record corresponding to the secondary-domain identifier and the mint amount; modeling the issued domain-derived BEI tokenized asset record as a node in a multi-layer network spanning country, industry, interest, alphabet, and time layers; computing pairwise synergy scores for token nodes by applying layer weights to shared layers; aggregating pairwise synergy scores to obtain a Total Synergy Index; retrieving supply, price, or reference data through an oracle subsystem; and generating monitoring outputs including total supply, market capitalization, parity pricing, risk-control alerts, employment scenario values, or gross domestic product scenario values.

### Claim 12 (depends on 11)

The method of claim 11, further comprising calculating an eligible or theoretical maximum token supply using a stored population parameter, a stored maximum behavior-category parameter, a count of active domain entries, and a policy-version identifier, and storing the result as a monitoring record rather than as a guaranteed market value.

### Claim 13 (depends on 11)

The method of claim 11, further comprising comparing a market-capitalization or supply-monitoring value of issued domain-derived BEI tokenized asset records with a fiat money-supply measure or other reference value retrieved by the oracle subsystem, wherein the retrieved reference value is stored with an oracle source identifier, retrieval timestamp, and confidence score.
