Automatically Capturing Employment Regulations using Multi-Agent System

Abstract

Systems and methods are provided for extracting and automatically summarizing employment laws, rules, and regulation enforced within various jurisdictions worldwide. In one implementation, a method includes a step of automatically conducting a knowledge capture task involving retrieval of employment information from reliable online resources, the employment information associated with employment laws, rules, and regulations relevant to a specific jurisdiction of interest. The method further includes a step of automatically applying the employment information to a chain-of-debate system including multiple stages, each stage including one or more agents configured to interpret and define the employment information for creating a summarization output. In addition, the method includes a step of automatically submitting the summarization output to an admin device to allow a user thereof to evaluate suitability of the summarization output for use in a Human Resources (HR) environment of an organization operating within the specific jurisdiction of interest.
