Method, apparatus, device, and medium for playing media data

An electronic device, comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one memory coupled to the at least one processor and storing instructions for execution by the at least one processor, the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, causing the electronic device to perform acts comprising:
• presenting, in response to receiving media data, the media data in a first region of a player application;
• obtaining configuration information associated with the media data, the configuration information specifying a point of interest in the media data;
• and
• presenting, in a second region of the player application, marked data corresponding to the point of interest based on the configuration information.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform acts comprising:

• presenting, in response to receiving media data, the media data in a first region of a player application;
• obtaining configuration information associated with the media data, the configuration information specifying a point of interest in the media data;
• and
• presenting, in a second region of the player application, marked data corresponding to the point of interest based on the configuration information.
