Abstract
An information processing apparatus capable of communicating with a communication apparatus, the information processing apparatus includes: a first display control unit configured to, at a predetermined timing after setting processing of the communication apparatus for performing communication between the information processing apparatus and the communication apparatus is executed, control a dialog screen that prompts a change in a power-related setting of the communication apparatus to be displayed based on a condition for displaying the dialog screen being satisfied. The dialog screen is configured to be capable of accepting an instruction as to whether to change the power-related setting.
Claims16
An information processing apparatus capable of communicating with a communication apparatus, the information processing apparatus comprising:
- at least one memory and at least one processor which function as:
- a first display control unit configured to, at a predetermined timing after setting processing of the communication apparatus for performing communication between the information processing apparatus and the communication apparatus is executed, control a dialog screen that prompts a change in a power-related setting of the communication apparatus to be displayed based on a condition for displaying the dialog screen being satisfied,
- wherein the dialog screen is configured to be capable of accepting an instruction as to whether to change the power-related setting.
A method executed by an information processing apparatus capable of communicating with a communication apparatus, the method comprising:
- controlling, at a predetermined timing after setting processing of the communication apparatus for performing communication between the information processing apparatus and the communication apparatus is executed, a dialog screen that prompts a change in a power-related setting of the communication apparatus to be displayed based on a condition for displaying the dialog screen being satisfied,
- wherein the dialog screen is configured to be capable of accepting an instruction as to whether to change the power-related setting.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program including instructions, which when executed by one or more processors of an information processing apparatus, cause the information processing apparatus to:
- control, at a predetermined timing after setting processing of a communication apparatus for performing communication between the information processing apparatus and the communication apparatus is executed, a dialog screen that prompts a change in a power-related setting of the communication apparatus to be displayed based on a condition for displaying the dialog screen being satisfied,
- wherein the dialog screen is configured to be capable of accepting an instruction as to whether to change the power-related setting.
