Abstract

A system and method for providing an information handling system with a mount system having an integrated thermal component. The mount system includes a plurality of connector receptacles, each of the plurality of connector receptacles being configured to receive a respective memory module, the plurality of connector receptacles being positioned to arrange the respective memory modules in an array; and, an integrated thermal component, the integrated thermal component being mechanically attached to a connector receptacle of the plurality of connector receptacles, the integrated thermal component being positioned to avoid touching the memory module when the memory module installed in the connector receptacle.
