Abstract
Provided is a construction management device including: a storage unit configured to store: design document information on a facility; and facility information in which the facility and instruments connected to lines provided to the facility are associated with each other; and an inspection document creation unit configured to identify some of the instruments that are connected to one of the lines based on the facility information, and extract and integrate pieces of information relating to the one of the lines and the some of the instruments from the design document information to create inspection documents required for an inspection of the one of the lines.

A construction management device, comprising:
- a storage unit configured to store:
- design document information on a facility;
- and facility information in which the facility and instruments connected to lines provided to the facility are associated with each other;
- and
- an inspection document creation unit configured to identify some of the instruments that are connected to one of the lines based on the facility information, and extract and integrate pieces of information relating to the one of the lines and the some of the instruments from the design document information to create inspection documents required for an inspection of the one of the lines.
A construction management method, comprising:
- identifying, based on facility information in which a facility and instruments connected to lines provided to the facility are associated with each other, some of the instruments that are connected to one of the lines;
- and
- extracting and integrating pieces of information relating to the one of the lines and the some of the instruments from design document information on the facility to create inspection documents required for an inspection of the one of the lines.
