Abstract
An information processing apparatus includes a processor is provided. The processor is configured to acquire stacking order information, which is information on an order of stacking of recording media when binding processing is performed after the recording media are sequentially stacked, and set an amount of moisture to be supplied to each of the recording media based on the stacking order information.

An information processing apparatus comprising:
- a processor configured to:
- acquire stacking order information, which is information on an order of stacking of recording media when binding processing is performed after the recording media are sequentially stacked;
- and
- set an amount of moisture to be supplied to each of the recording media based on the stacking order information.

A recording medium processing apparatus comprising:
- a stacking unit that stacks recording media;
- a binding processing unit that performs binding processing after the recording media are sequentially stacked on the stacking unit;
- and
- a moisture supplying unit that supplies moisture to the recording media on which the binding processing is performed by the binding processing unit,
- wherein a larger amount of moisture is supplied by the moisture supplying unit to a recording medium stacked earlier on the stacking unit than to a recording medium stacked later on the stacking unit.
