Abstract
According to at least one implementation, a system includes a frame of a head-worn device and a controller. The system further includes at least one light-emitting diode (LED) positioned on a portion of the frame facing a user of the frame, the at least one LED configured to emit light, at least partially, in a direction of an eye of the user based on an instruction from the controller.

A system comprising:
- a frame of a head-worn device;
- a controller;
- and
- at least one light-emitting diode (LED) positioned on a portion of the frame facing a user of the frame, the at least one LED configured to emit light, at least partially, in a direction of an eye of the user based on an instruction from the controller.

- generating an instruction for at least one light-emitting diode (LED) positioned on a portion of a frame of a head-worn device;
- and
- emitting, from the at least one LED, light, at least partially, in a direction of an eye of a user of the head-worn device based on the instruction.

- a display in a lens of the frame, the display comprising at least one optical component;
