Abstract
A method for taking EIS measurements in a storage system is provided herein. For example, the method can comprise performing EIS on a first battery in a storage system and providing power at a varying frequency to the first battery from a second battery connected to the first battery to maintain the first battery at a steady state.
Claims20
A method for taking electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements in a storage system, comprising:
- performing EIS on a first battery in the storage system;
- and
- providing power at a varying frequency to the first battery from a second battery connected to the first battery to maintain the first battery at a steady state.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon that when executed by a processor perform a method for taking electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements in a storage system comprising:
- performing EIS on a first battery in the storage system;
- and
- providing power at a varying frequency to the first battery from a second battery connected to the first battery to maintain the first battery at a steady state.
An energy management system, comprising:
- a controller configured to:
- perform electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) on a first battery in a storage system;
- and
- provide power at a varying frequency to the first battery from a second battery connected to the first battery to maintain the first battery at a steady state.
