Abstract
The present application discloses a burn-in board, a burn-in apparatus, and a burn-in process. The burn-in board includes a board-substrate including a front surface and a back surface; a plurality of sockets mounted on the front surface of the board-substrate; and a wiring system positioned in the board-substrate and electrically connected to the sockets. The plurality of sockets are configured into groups by the wiring system. The groups respectively include four sockets arranged in a 2×2 square matrix.
Claims12
A burn-in apparatus, comprising:
- a burn-in chamber;
- a burn-in board accommodated in the burn-in chamber;
- a test power supply electrically connected to the burn-in board;
- and
- a burn-in controller electrically connected to the burn-in board;
- wherein the burn-in board comprises:
- a board-substrate comprising a front surface and a back surface;
- a plurality of sockets mounted on the front surface of the board-substrate;
- and
- a wiring system positioned in the board-substrate and electrically connected to the sockets;
- wherein the plurality of sockets are configured into groups by the wiring system;
- wherein the groups respectively comprise four sockets arranged in a 2×2 square matrix.
