Current sensor and manufacturing method of current sensor

A current sensor, comprising:

• at least one magnetoelectric conversion element;
• a current conductor that at least partially surrounds the at least one magnetoelectric conversion element in plan view and through which a measurement current measured by the at least one magnetoelectric conversion element flows;
• a signal processing IC that processes a signal output from the at least one magnetoelectric conversion element;
• a support part that supports, with a first surface, at least one of a surface opposite to a magnetic sensing surface of the at least one magnetoelectric conversion element and a surface opposite to a circuit surface of the signal processing IC;
• a signal conductor that is connected to the circuit surface of the signal processing IC via electrical conductor and transmits a signal output from the signal processing IC;
• and
• a sealing part integrally configured that seals the at least one magnetoelectric conversion element, a part of the current conductor, the electrical conductor, the signal processing IC, a part of the signal conductor, and at least a part of the support part,
• wherein in a case where a surface of the support part opposite to the first surface is defined as a second surface, at least two surfaces among the first surface, the second surface, and a side surface of the support part are in contact with the sealing part without being exposed from the sealing part,
• the current conductor has a first terminal surface exposed from a first surface of the sealing part facing the first surface of the support part, and a second terminal surface exposed from a second surface continuous from the first surface of the sealing part,
• the signal conductor has a third terminal surface exposed from the first surface of the sealing part, and a fourth terminal surface exposed from a third surface opposite to the second surface of the sealing part,
• the second surface of the sealing part and the second terminal surface are located on a same plane, and
• the third surface of the sealing part and the fourth terminal surface are located on a same plane.
