Abstract
A method is provided for individualizing a biosensor for measuring a specific analyte. In an exemplary aspect, the method includes determining at least one quality parameter of the biosensor, determining at least one performance parameter and an associated threshold value of the biosensor based on the at least one quality parameter using a trained first artificial intelligence, and individualizing the biosensor for measuring a specific analyte by evaluating at least one of the performance parameters and the associated threshold value for an individual application scenario.

A method for individualizing a biosensor for measuring a specific analyte, the method comprising:
- determining at least one quality parameter of the biosensor;
- determining at least one performance parameter and an associated threshold value of the biosensor based on the at least one quality parameter using a trained first artificial intelligence;
- and
- individualizing the biosensor for measuring a specific analyte by evaluating at least one of the at least one performance parameter and the associated threshold value for an individual application scenario.
A method for generating training data for training a trained first artificial intelligence for use in the individualization of biosensors, the method comprising:
- determining a time-resolved measurement curve of at least one specific analyte, as well as at least one sample without the specific analyte, each with a plurality of biosensors;
- determining an individual measurement result and a validity parameter for each biosensor with a second artificial intelligence from the time-resolved measurement curve of the respective biosensor;
- determining at least one quality parameter for each biosensor;
- statistically evaluating the individual measurement results based on the associated validity parameters using threshold values, the associated quality parameters as well as the previously known result for each biosensor;
- determining performance parameters from the statistical evaluation;
- and
- using the quality parameters, performance parameters and threshold values as training data.
A biosensor for measuring a specific analyte, the biosensor comprising:
- at least one resistance bridge,
- wherein the biosensor is individualized for a specific application scenario for measuring the specific analyte based on a quality parameter determined from the resistance bridge.
The biosensor according to claim 15, wherein one of the quality parameters is the self-similarity of the resistances of the resistance bridge.
