Abstract
Provided are an ultrasound system and a control method of the ultrasound system that can efficiently use a terminal-side battery of a mobile information terminal and a probe-side battery of an ultrasound probe. An ultrasound system includes a mobile information terminal that includes a monitor and incorporates a terminal-side battery, an ultrasound probe that is connected to the mobile information terminal and that incorporates a probe-side battery, and a probe charger that charges the probe-side battery with power supplied from the terminal-side battery, in which the mobile information terminal includes a charging controller that controls the charging of the probe-side battery by the probe charger based on a remaining amount of the terminal-side battery.
Claims20
An ultrasound system comprising:
- a mobile information terminal that includes a monitor and incorporates a terminal-side battery;
- an ultrasound probe that is connected to the mobile information terminal and that incorporates a probe-side battery;
- and
- a probe charger that charges the probe-side battery with power supplied from the terminal-side battery,
- wherein the mobile information terminal includes a processor configured to control the charging of the probe-side battery by the probe charger based on a remaining amount of the terminal-side battery.
A control method of an ultrasound system including a mobile information terminal that incorporates a terminal-side battery, an ultrasound probe that incorporates a probe-side battery, and a probe charger that charges the probe-side battery with power supplied from the terminal-side battery, the control method comprising:
- controlling the charging of the probe-side battery by the probe charger based on a remaining amount of the terminal-side battery.
