Wire detection system, control device, control method, and control program

A control device comprising:

• a support mechanism control unit configured to operate a support mechanism that supports a coil spring to rotate the coil spring on a specific axis following a central axis of the coil spring;
• a sensor control unit configured to operate a sensor that measures a contour position of a wire of the coil spring and outputs wire data, to acquire the wire data;
• and
• a target wire detection unit configured to detect a contour position of a target wire among contour positions of wires of the coil spring included in the wire data.

A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium on which a control program for causing a computer to execute:

• a support mechanism control step of operating a support mechanism configured to support a coil spring to rotate the coil spring on a specific axis following a central axis of the coil spring;
• a sensor control step of operating a sensor configured to measure a contour position of a wire of the coil spring and output wire data, to acquire the wire data;
• and
• a target wire detection step of detecting a contour position of a target wire among contour positions of wires of the coil spring included in the wire data.
