Abstract
A paintball carrying plate adapted to connect to the top edges of a paintball box for carrying and filling paintball pods. The paintball carrying plate includes an outer edge and a plurality of inner edge wedge members for wedging the top edges of the paintball box therebetween to thereby hold the paintball carrying plate thereon, and plurality of paintball pod apertures therethrough adapted to securely and removably hold paintball pods therein during the carrying and filling process, such that the paintball carrying plate reduces the amount of paint wasted from spilling while carrying and filling the paintball pods.
Claims8
A paintball carrying plate comprising:
- a center section;
- an outer edge including:
- two opposite side portions;
- two opposite edge portions;
- a plurality of wedge members:
- wherein said plurality of wedge members are located upon and extend from said center section in proximity to and spaced from said outer edge, and are adapted to act in conjunction with said outer edge for wedging top edges of a paintball box therebetween to thereby frictionally and removably hold said paintball carrying plate thereon;
- and
- a plurality of paintball pod apertures;
- wherein said plurality of paintball pod apertures are located within said center section, and are sized and adapted to hold paintball pods respectively therein;
- wherein when in use, said paintball carrying plate is adapted to be held in frictional attachment with said paintball box;
- wherein when in use, said plurality of paintball pod apertures are adapted to hold paintball pods respectively therein, and which extend into an interior portion of said paintball box;
- and
- wherein when in use, a user can carry and transport said paintball carrying plate along with said attached paintball box and said paintball pods.
A combination of a paintball box, a plurality of paintball pods, and a paintball carrying plate, said combination comprising:
- a paintball box including:
- a front panel having a top edge;
- a back panel having a top edge;
- opposite side panels having top edges;
- and
- a bottom panel;
- wherein said front panel, said back panel, said opposite side panels, and said bottom panel form a rectangular inner volume;
- a plurality of paintball pods, each including:
- an elongated cylindrical body;
- wherein said elongated cylindrical body forms an interior volume adapted to hold paintball paint therein;
- and
- wherein each paintball pod is adapted to be placed through respective paintball pod apertures of a paintball carrying plate to thereby be held within said interior volume of said paintball box;
- and
- a paintball carrying plate comprising:
- a center section;
- an outer edge including:
- two opposite side portions;
- two opposite edge portions;
- a plurality of wedge members:
- wherein said plurality of wedge members are located upon and extend from said center section in proximity to and spaced from said outer edge, and are adapted to act in conjunction with said outer edge for wedging said top edges of said paintball box therebetween to thereby frictionally and removably hold said paintball carrying plate thereon;
- and
- a plurality of paintball pod apertures;
- wherein said plurality of paintball pod apertures are located within said center section, and are sized and adapted to hold said plurality of paintball pods respectively therein;
- wherein when in use, said paintball carrying plate is adapted to be held in frictional attachment with said paintball box;
- wherein when in use, said plurality of paintball pod apertures are adapted to hold said plurality of said paintball pods respectively therein, and which extend into said interior portion of said paintball box;
- and
- wherein when in use, a user can carry and transport said paintball carrying plate along with said attached paintball box and said paintball pods.
