Abstract

Disclosed herein is a control method for a heat sink, which includes a refrigeration chip. The control method includes: calculating an operating power of the refrigeration chip through closed-loop control based on a predetermined first cold-end temperature threshold and a temperature deviation at the cold end of the refrigeration chip; calculating an operating power of the refrigeration chip through closed-loop control based on a predetermined first hot-end temperature threshold and a temperature deviation at the hot end of the refrigeration chip; and utilizing the operating power calculated based on the hot-end temperature of the heat sink as a threshold for the operating power calculated based on the cold-end temperature of the heat sink, thereby implementing dual closed-loop control on the refrigeration chip.
