The acquirer is configured to acquire distribution information including at least one of first distribution information relating to an electromagnetic field intensity distribution on the ceiling surface of the room or second distribution information relating to an electromagnetic field intensity distribution on a floor surface of the room. The detector is configured to detect, based on the distribution information acquired by the acquirer, attachment position information relating to the attachment position of the environment control device on the ceiling surface.
