Abstract
An actuator unit, in particular a steering actuator unit, includes at least one fluid cylinder, at least one backup valve unit and at least one filter unit, wherein the fluid cylinder has a first cylinder chamber and a second cylinder chamber and wherein at least one first fluid connection can be formed between the first and second cylinder chambers, in particular at least temporarily. The first fluid connection extends via the filter unit and the backup valve unit, wherein a flushing function can be provided by means of the first fluid connection.
Claims15
An actuator unit, in particular a steering actuator unit, comprising at least one fluid cylinder, at least one backup valve unit, and at least one filter unit,
- wherein the fluid cylinder comprises a first cylinder chamber and a second cylinder chamber,
- wherein at least one first fluid connection can be formed, in particular at least temporarily formed, between the first and second cylinder chambers,
- wherein the first fluid connection extends via the filter unit and the backup valve unit,
- wherein a flushing function can be provided via the first fluid connection, in particular for flushing out contaminants and/or deposits, for the first cylinder chamber (120) in a first flow direction of the first fluid connection (140) and/or for the second cylinder chamber in a second flow direction of the first fluid connection.
The actuator unit as claimed in wherein the rectifier circuit within the first fluid connection is configured as a half-wave rectifier circuit, to provide a flushing function for one of the first or second cylinder chambers, or as a full-wave rectifier circuit, to provide a flushing function for the first and second cylinder chambers.
