Abstract
A household appliance has an air flow path from an air inlet to an air outlet with a fan and motor assembly in the air flow path. The fan and motor assembly comprises a first stationary vane subassembly having a first set of vanes and a first plurality of vane air channels and a second stationary vane subassembly having a second set of vanes and a second plurality of vane air channels, wherein a position of the first set of vanes is adjustable with respect to the position of the second set of vanes.
