Embodiments disclosed relate to systems and methods for securing multidose vials. In an embodiment, a collar assembly for multidose vials includes a first member and a second member. The first member defines a first plurality of openings and a first lock hole, the first member only partially encircling the first plurality of openings. The second member is securable to the first member and defines a second plurality of openings and a second lock hole positioned to align with the first lock hole. The second plurality of openings are positioned to at least partially align with the first plurality of openings to define a plurality of through holes extending through the collar assembly.
