Abstract
A generator enclosure comprising a primary compartment, an expansion box, and an install guide is disclosed. The primary compartment can comprise a floor and a top panel positioned opposite the floor, wherein the top panel comprises a top panel opening defined therein, and wherein the install guide is disposed around at least a portion of the top panel opening. The expansion box can comprise a bottom opening configured to receive the install guide and a plurality of mounting holes, each mounting hole being configured to receive a fastener for securing the expansion box to the install guide.
Claims16
A generator enclosure, comprising:
- a primary compartment, comprising:
- a floor;
- a top panel positioned opposite the floor, wherein the top panel comprises a top panel opening defined therein;
- and
- an install guide disposed around at least a portion of the top panel opening;
- and
- an expansion box, comprising:
- a bottom opening configured to receive the install guide;
- and
- a plurality of mounting holes, each mounting hole being configured to receive a fastener for securing the expansion box to the install guide.
A generator enclosure, comprising:
- a primary compartment, comprising:
- a floor;
- a top panel positioned opposite the floor, wherein the top panel comprises a top panel opening defined therein;
- an install guide disposed around at least a portion of the top panel opening;
- and
- a ledge disposed around at least a portion of the install guide;
- and
- an expansion box, comprising:
- a bottom perimeter;
- and
- a bottom opening defined by the bottom perimeter configured to receive the install guide, wherein the bottom perimeter rests on the ledge and is disposed around the install guide.
A generator enclosure, comprising:
- a primary compartment, comprising:
- a floor;
- a top panel positioned opposite the floor, wherein the top panel comprises a top panel opening defined therein;
- and
- a plurality of mounting holes;
- and
- an expansion box, comprising:
- a bottom opening;
- and
- an install guide disposed around at least a portion of the bottom opening, wherein the install guide is received in the top panel opening, and wherein each mounting hole in the primary compartment is configured to receive a fastener for securing the install guide to the primary compartment.
