Modular wall

A modular wall for use in a venue provided with a one or more rows of one or more seats arranged in a tiered seating arrangement, the modular wall comprising:

• a first end wall member defining a first width;
• a second end wall member defining a second width;
• and
• a plurality of medial wall members, wherein in an assembled state, the plurality of medial wall members are disposed between and connected to the first end wall member and the second wall member, wherein some medial wall members of the plurality of wall members define a third width and other medial wall members of the plurality of wall members define a fourth width, wherein the third width is different than at least one of the first and second widths and the fourth width is different than the third width.

A wall assembly for use in a tiered venue, the venue including a plurality of rows comprising one or more seats, the plurality of rows having a non-uniform row length, the modular divider wall assembly comprising:

• a first modular wall configured for use in a first row of the of the plurality of rows;
• and
• a second modular wall configured for use in a second row of the plurality of rows, wherein the first row has a first length and the second row has a second length that is less than the first length, wherein the first and second modular walls each include,
• a first end wall member defining a first width,
• a second end wall member defining a second width,
• at least one first medial wall member defining a third width, and
• at least one second medial wall member defining a fourth width,
• wherein the at least one first medial wall member and the at least one second medial wall member are collectively configured to be disposed between the first end wall member and the second end wall member, and
• wherein a quantity of the at least one first medial wall member disposed in the first modular wall is greater than a quantity of the at least one first medial wall members disposed in the second modular wall.
