Apparatus and Method for Growing Multiple Crystals in a Single Furnace

An apparatus for growing multiple crystals in a single furnace, comprising:

• a furnace body, wherein an interior of the furnace body is provided with at least three temperature zones from top to bottom, configured to have a temperature of a temperature zone at the top of the furnace body that is greater than a temperature of a temperature zone at the bottom of the furnace body;
• a temperature control unit, arranged in each of the temperature zones, configured for controlling the temperature of the temperature zones;
• one or more heat insulation layers, arranged between adjacent temperature zones, wherein an opening is provided in the middle of a heat insulation layer, a positive projection of a side of the opening close to the top of the furnace body on a horizontal plane is a first projection, and a positive projection of a side of the opening close to the bottom of the furnace body on the horizontal plane is a second projection, and the second projection covers the first projection;
• a guide tube, put inside the furnace body, sequentially passing through the opening of the heat insulation layer, wherein the interior of the guide tube is provided with at least two crucibles from top to bottom, each of the crucibles is used for carrying a raw material of a crystal, and is correspondingly arranged in one of the temperature zones;
• wherein a thermal insulation material is filled between the guide tube and the crucible, and a thermal conductivity of the thermal insulation material decreases as a temperature decreases;
• a driving unit, connected to the guide tube, for driving the guide tube to move up and down.
