Abstract
An embodiment relates to an amorphous alloy capable of simultaneously achieving a high saturation magnetization value and low core loss properties. According to the embodiment, the sphericity of produced powder is improved, and the saturation magnetization value and magnetic flux density are high, and the core loss is low, so that the alloy is usable as a core material for a power conversion device, an inductor, or a transformer.
Claims10
An amorphous alloy of Fe—Si—B—P—C, comprising:
- the amorphous alloy having a high saturation magnetization value, wherein the amorphous alloy is represented by a chemical composition of Fe100−(a+b+c+d)SiaBbPcCd, and atomic percentages of each element satisfy 3.5 at %≤a≤6.5 at %, 7.5 at %≤b≤11 at %, 0.3 at %≤c≤1.8 at %, and 2.8 at %≤d≤6.2 at %.
