Abstract
Provided are a method for producing a long-chain dicarboxylic acid and a long-chain dicarboxylic acid. The method for producing the long-chain dicarboxylic acid involves: inoculating a seed solution of a fermentation strain into a fermentation culture medium and culturing, and adding a substrate fatty acid ester and fermenting. The fatty acid ester is used as a substrate, which can replace fossil fuels such as petroleum alkanes; a long-chain dicarboxylic acid having 100% bio-based content and 98% or greater purity is synthesized, and a high yield and conversion rate are provided.

A method for producing a long-chain dicarboxylic acid, comprising:
- inoculating a seed liquid of a fermentation strain into a fermentation culture medium and culturing, and adding a substrate fatty acid ester to perform fermentation.
A long-chain dicarboxylic acid, wherein the long-chain dicarboxylic acid has a purity of 98% or higher, and a bio-based content of 100%.
