A composition for promoting the expression of one or more curcuminoids, wherein the composition comprises:
- a) one or more first vector components encoding one or more enzymes present in the curcuminoid pathway;
- and optionally
- b) one or more second vector components encoding one or more enzymes present in the curcuminoid pathway, different to the one or more enzymes present in the curcuminoid pathway encoded by the first vector component.
