Abstract
The present invention relates to a medium composition for enhancing the pectinase productivity of a Bacillus sp. strain and a method for producing a pectinase by using same.
Claims18
A method for producing pectinase from Bacillus spp. microorganism, the method comprising:
- (1) culturing Bacillus spp. microorganisms in a fermentation medium comprising soy peptone and yeast extract as nitrogen sources;
- and
- (2) supplying the medium of step (1) with a feed medium comprising soy peptone and yeast extract as nitrogen sources.
A composition for producing pectinase, comprising a fermentation medium or a feed medium, wherein the fermentation medium or the feed medium comprises both soy peptone and yeast extract as nitrogen sources.
