The present disclosure relates to a composition for stabilizing phospholipase and a method for stabilizing phospholipase.
Claims16
A composition for stabilizing phospholipase, comprising:
- (i) Tween 20;
- and
- (ii) sorbitol, glycerol, or a combination thereof.
A method for stabilizing phospholipase, comprising:
- adding, to a composition comprising phospholipase, a composition for stabilizing phospholipase comprising:
- (i) Tween 20, and (ii) sorbitol, glycerol, or a combination thereof, to prepare a mixed composition;
- and
- concentrating the mixed composition.
