Abstract
This invention provides a viral vector with a higher infectious titer for application in gene and cell therapy. This invention relates to a method for producing a viral vector comprising, before introducing a plasmid containing a target gene into a virus-producing cell, a step of synchronizing a cell cycle of the virus-producing cell to the G2/M phase.
Claims11
A method for producing a viral vector comprising:
- synchronizing a cell cycle of a virus-producing cell to the G2/M phase;
- and
- after the synchronizing of the cell cycle, introducing a plasmid containing a target gene into the virus-producing cell.
A method for improving an infectious titer of a viral vector comprising:
- synchronizing a cell cycle of a virus-producing cell to the G2/M phase;
- and
- after the synchronizing of the cell cycle introducing a plasmid containing a target gene into the virus-producing cell.
