An embodiment relates to a composition for inducing dendritic cell differentiation, comprising a metal-organic framework, and a use thereof, the composition having the effect of not only enabling the increasing of the expression of surface protein markers of dendritic cells, but also enabling the inducing of differentiation into dendritic cells having enhanced viability and migration properties when administered into an individual.
