Abstract
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an alcohol-containing composition having a reduced stimulative sensation of alcohol. This alcohol-containing composition has linalool and/or geraniol blended therein, and has cis-3-hexen-1-ol blended therein. The alcohol-containing composition can alleviate sensation of irritation of alcohol. By blending linalool and/or geraniol and cis-3-hexen-1-ol, the sensation of irritation of the alcohol enhanced in the alcohol-containing composition having a low degree of sweetness can also be sufficiently reduced.

A composition comprising:
- linalool and/or geraniol;
- cis-3-hexen-1-ol;
- and
- an alcohol.
A method for producing a composition, the method comprising:
- (i) blending linalool and/or geraniol;
- (ii) blending cis-3-hexen-1-ol;
- and
- (iii) blending an alcohol.
A method for reducing bitterness of alcohol in an alcohol-containing composition, the method comprising:
- (i) blending linalool and/or geraniol;
- (ii) blending cis-3-hexen-1-ol;
- and
- (iii) blending an alcohol.
