A propoxylated polyol comprising a polyol core consisting essentially of four to five —OH groups, wherein at least one of the —OH groups is modified to form a polypropylene oxide branch, wherein the propoxylated polyol comprises polypropylene oxide branches comprising on average at least four polypropylene oxide units.
