Abstract
The embodiments aim to provide a polyamide-imide-based film, which comprises a polyamide-imide-based polymer, wherein the amount of change in haze (ΔHzM) of the polyamide-imide-based film is 1% or less, whereby it is excellent in optical properties, mechanical properties, and solvent resistance; a process for preparing the same; and a cover window and a display device comprising the same.
Claims15
A polyamide-imide-based film, which comprises a polyamide-imide-based polymer,
- wherein the amount of change in haze (ΔHzM) of the film is 1% or less as measured according to the following measurement method:
- [Measurement method]
- A Mayer bar (#4) is fixed at the starting position of the coating direction on the upper side (opposite side to the varnish application plate during film formation) of the film cut to 10 cm×10 cm, 2 g of a methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) solvent is evenly dropped in front of the bar and uniformly applied at a speed of 200 mm/minute, and the film is dried for 30 seconds in a hot air dryer set to 80° C.;
- and the difference between the initial haze (%) of the film and the haze (%) of the film measured after drying is taken as the amount of change in haze (ΔHzM).
A cover window for a display device, which comprises a polyamide-imide-based film and a functional layer,
- wherein the amount of change in haze (ΔHzM) of the polyamide-imide-based film is 1% or less as measured according to the following measurement method:
- [Measurement method]
- A Mayer bar (#4) is fixed at the starting position of the coating direction on the upper side (opposite side to the varnish application plate during film formation) of the film cut to 10 cm×10 cm, 2 g of a methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) solvent is evenly dropped in front of the bar and uniformly applied at a speed of 200 mm/minute, and the film is dried for 30 seconds in a hot air dryer set to 80° C.;
- and the difference between the initial haze (%) of the film and the haze (%) of the film measured after drying is taken as the amount of change in haze (ΔHzM).
A display device, which comprises a display unit;
- and a cover window disposed on the display unit,
- wherein the cover window comprises a polyamide-imide-based film and a functional layer, and
- wherein the amount of change in haze (ΔHzM) of the polyamide-imide-based film is 1% or less as measured according to the following measurement method:
- [Measurement method]
- A Mayer bar (#4) is fixed at the starting position of the coating direction on the upper side (opposite side to the varnish application plate during film formation) of the film cut to 10 cm×10 cm, 2 g of a methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) solvent is evenly dropped in front of the bar and uniformly applied at a speed of 200 mm/minute, and the film is dried for 30 seconds in a hot air dryer set to 80° C.;
- and the difference between the initial haze (%) of the film and the haze (%) of the film measured after drying is taken as the amount of change in haze (ΔHzM).
