• wherein R1 is independently a straight, branched and/or cyclic C3-C32 monovalent hydrocarbon group which may contain at least one element selected from oxygen, sulfur, nitrogen and silicon, R2 is hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, siloxy, amino, thiol, monovalent hydrocarbon group of 1 or 2 carbon atoms, R1 or —Y-A, U is carbon, silicon, nitrogen or tri- or tetravalent organic group, V is a single bond or a divalent hydrocarbon group which may contain at least one element selected from oxygen, nitrogen and sulfur, Z is a single bond, carbon, silicon, nitrogen, sulfur or a trivalent to octavalent organic group, Y is independently a divalent hydrocarbon group which may contain at least one element selected from oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur and silicon, A is independently a monovalent reactive group, k is 0 or 1, and m is an integer of 1 to 7.
