Abstract
Provided is a method for producing an insulation coating treatment liquid for a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet including: an adjusting process in which a Na compound is added to colloidal silica to adjust a Na2O/SiO2 ratio in mass % between an amount of Na in terms of Na2O and an amount of Si in terms of SiO2 in the colloidal silica to 0.5% or more and 10% or less, and a mixing process in which the colloidal silica having the Na2O/SiO2 ratio adjusted and metal phosphate of one or more metals selected from among Al, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni, Zn, Co, Mo, V, W, and Zr are mixed.
Claims2
A method for producing an insulation coating treatment liquid for a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, comprising:
- an adjusting process in which a Na compound is added to colloidal silica to adjust a Na2O/SiO2 ratio in mass % between an amount of Na in terms of Na2O and an amount of Si in terms of SiO2 in the colloidal silica to 0.5% or more and 10% or less, and
- a mixing process in which the colloidal silica having the Na2O/SiO2 ratio adjusted and metal phosphate of one or more metals among Al, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni, Zn, Co, Mo, V, W, and Zr are mixed.
