Abstract
A method for producing a catalyst composition for producing polyurethane foam, which has high safety, has a practical curing speed, and allows the produced polyurethane foam to meet air permeability requirements. A method for producing a catalyst composition for producing polyurethane foam, includes a step of mixing at least one carboxylic acid selected from neodecanoic acid, neononanoic acid, and isononanoic acid in a molar ratio of 2.10 to 4.00 moles per 1 mole of stannous chloride.
