Abstract
The present disclosure provides antibodies and antigen-binding portions thereof that bind CD161, bispecific antibodies and multispecific antibodies comprising the same, nucleic acids and vectors encoding the same, and methods of using the same to treat a subject in need thereof.
Claims40
An antibody or an antigen-binding portion thereof that specifically binds CD161, comprising a heavy chain variable region (VH) and a light chain variable region (VL);
- wherein the VH comprises a VH complementarity determining region 1 (VH-CDR1), a VH-CDR2, and a VH-CDR3;
- wherein the VL comprises a VL-CDR1, a VL-CDR2, and a VL-CDR3;
- and
- wherein the VH-CDR3 comprises an amino acid sequence selected from the sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 3, 13, 23, 33, 43, 53, 63, 73, 83, 93, 103, 113, 123, 133, 143, 153, 163, 173, 183, 193, 203, 213, 223, 233, 243, 253, 263, 273, 283, 293, 303, 313, 323, and 333.
An antibody or an antigen-binding portion thereof that specifically binds CD161, comprising a variable heavy (VH) domain and a variable light (VL) domain, wherein the VH comprises an amino acid sequence having at least about 80%, at least about 85%, at least about 90%, at least about 95%, at least about 96%, at least about 97%, at least about 98%, or at least about 99% sequence identity to an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NOs:
- 7, 17, 27, 37, 47, 57, 67, 77, 87, 97, 107, 117, 127, 137, 147, 157, 167, 177, 187, 197, 207, 217, 227, 237, 247, 257, 267, 277, 287, 297, 707, 317, 327, and 337;
- and wherein the VL comprises an amino acid sequence having at least about 80%, at least about 85%, at least about 90%, at least about 95%, at least about 96%, at least about 97%, at least about 98%, or at least about 99% sequence identity to an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NOs:
- 8, 18, 28, 38, 48, 58, 68, 78, 88, 98, 108, 118, 128, 138, 148, 158, 168, 178, 188, 198, 208, 218, 228, 238, 248, 258, 268, 278, 288, 298, 308, 318, 328, and 338.
