Abstract
Disclosed is a highly concentrated antibody formulation of, e.g., FSH-blocking humanized antibody, for example, MS-Hu6, exhibiting thermal, monomeric, and colloidal stability at a concentration as high as 100 mg/mL. The formulation includes antioxidant L-methionine and chelating agent disodium EDTA, improving the formulation's long-term colloidal and thermal stability.

A pharmaceutical formulation, comprising a monoclonal antibody, phosphate buffer, sucrose, sodium chloride, polysorbate 20, L-methionine and EDTA.
A pharmaceutical formulation comprising 100 mg/ml of MS-Hu6 antibody, 20 mM phosphate buffer pH 6.2, 260 mM of sucrose, 1 mM of sodium chloride, 0.001% w/v polysorbate 20, 1 mM of L-methionine and 1 mM of EDTA.
