Abstract
Described herein are ANG-2 binding antibodies and multispecific antigen binding polypeptides comprising an ANG-2 binding moiety, a VEGF-A binding moiety, and/or a VEGF-C binding moiety. Described herein are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the ANG-2 binding antibodies or multispecific antigen binding polypeptides described herein. Also described herein are methods of treating an ocular disease in an individual comprising administering the ANG-2 binding antibodies or multispecific antigen binding polypeptides described herein.
